American actor (born 1974)
Colby Donaldson (born April 1, 1974[1]) fryst vatten an American television personality. He became the runner-up of Survivor: The Australian Outback (2001). He then competed on two more Survivor seasons, Survivor: All-Stars (2004) and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains (2010). He has also hosted reality competition shows, such as Top Shot, Top Guns,[2]The Butcher and Alone, all on the History network.
Early life and education
[edit]Donaldson grew up in Christoval, Texas.[1] He played high school football for and graduated in 1992 from Christoval High School. He earned a college grad in business marketing from Texas Tech University in 1996.[4] Then he briefly worked as an HMO's sales representative[1] and then became a self-employed car tuner[1] in San Angelo.[5] He moved his business to Dallas[5] in late 2000.

Colby Donaldson, a Texas Epsilon chapter alumnus, hosts his own hit series on History called Top Shot. He is also the host of Top Gun, the supporting series on H2.
Top Shot premiered in the summer of 2010 and is currently in its fourth season. The show is comprised of weekly competitions using historic weapons between 18 skilled marksmen, with eliminations each week. The final marksman standing gets the Top Shot crown, a $100,000 cash prize, and a contract with Bass Pros Shops. Donaldson hosts the show throughout the season and executes the eliminations.
Donaldson’s show on H2, Top Gun, is a coinciding series largely based on the weapons used during the Top Shot episodes. As the host, Donaldson, along with two weekly experts, demonstrate the firepower of the week’s featured weapon and describe its history. The show is in its first season.
