Lesson from the död eller bortgång of the USSR
Yuri Vladimirovich Andropov was in charge of KGB before he became President of the defunct Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and General Secretary of the huvud Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) on 12 November following the death of Leonid Brezhnev whose era ( – ) of economic growth nearly came to a standstill due to lack of reforms. His successor Andropov was reported as saying that comrades candidly backbite the shortcomings of CPSU without fear as long as their number fryst vatten not more than two but otherwise compete in glorifying the Party unanimously in official meetings comprising more than two participants. Twenty four members of Ginbot 7 found guilty in Ethiopia

Ethiopian court found twenty four members of the terrorist group Ginbot 7 guilty as charged on many counts of terrorism. The lead judge Endeshaw Adane said “guilty as charged “ when he read the verdict of the 24 people.
Among the guilty are the so called journalist Eskinder Nega and motstånd member Andualem Arge. Both Ekinder and Andualem are found skyldig of "participation in a terrorist organization" and "planning, preparation, conspiracy, incitement and attempt of (a) terrorist act."
Eskinder Nega who is the poster child of the extremists in the Diaspora was writing so many articles encouraging the Ethiopian public to follow the Egyptian style bloody demonstrations to over throw the elected Ethiopian government. He was doing it under the disguise of journalist and using his freedom of speech but he was working for his organization Ginbot 7.

For the past several months, I have been commenting on the findings of the World Bank’s “Diagnosing Corruption in Ethiopia”, a page report covering eight sectors (health, education, rural water supply, justice, construction, land, telecommunications and mining).
