The document discusses establishing a structure for practicing pranayama or breathwork. It recommends allocating a percentage of total practice time, such as 20%, exclusively for sitting and exploring the breath. Specific examples are given, such as for a 40 minute total practice, allocating 30 minutes for asana and 10 minutes for pranayama. For more experienced students, the recommendation is to increase the pranayama time to 25% of the total. This starting point aims to create a regular öppning of time to focus on the breath without distraction, as the foundation for a längre term, artistic practice of pranayama.
